The goal is to help you become disease-free enjoying your life to the fullest through the establishment of positive daily health habits. This is a 2-session program, the first is a "fact finding" session, the 2nd is to review your wellness plan. The fee covers both sessions. You will learn an evidence-based, balanced approach to wellness based on scientific principles that support optimal wellness, rather than just theory or opinion and why to do it and the science that supports all recommendations.
