Welcome to Structural Strength & Wellness. Don’t expect the average personal training session when you come for a session with us. Our primary focus is to rebalance your body, restructure your frame and rebuild muscles that are weak or dysfunctional. As leaders in corrective exercise, our core philosophy is to “straighten” before you “strengthen” and our main focus is to correct muscle imbalances, get you stronger, leaner and restore those with issues to a pain-free functional life. We use multiple modalities to produce optimum functionality. These modalities are being used by famous athletes, body builders, celebrities along with people just trying to live a healthier life.
There are many factors that affect the results we would like to achieve, weight that refuses to drop off, pain from muscle imbalances and previous traumas to the body, unexplained swelling, stomach upset, problems with energy levels, hormones, the list goes on. We offer multiple modalities including wellness coaching to help you achieve your goals. Although you may not suffer from chronic pain, we all have some type of activity we do in our life that we know we could do better. Wouldn’t you be surprised to know that to correct some of these things, sometimes it can be accomplished in 10-20 minutes? It seems unbelievable. Whether it be a sport, a hobby or just plain getting up and down off the floor, we guarantee you will get a percentage of relief or increase in functionality on your very first session. By the way, we can build some muscle 3 x as fast and get you leaner also!!!
What to expect from your first session
For your first session, please do not wear any lotions or bath products as this can interfere with your session. Either wear or bring a tank top and shorts that are stretchy, so we can get to the areas that need attention. For aqua sessions, please bring a bathing suit and towel. Remember, you will be in a private space, one on one with a certified personal trainer.
New Client Paperwork
We will send you some forms to electronically fill out prior to your first session that must be returned no later than 48 hours in advance. The reason for this is so we can create a customized experience based on your individual needs. Please forward all medical notes, MRI's, Xrays, diagnostic reports, lab results and/or any surgical reports prior to your session. The more we know, the more we will be able to help you.

Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a trained neurological rehab specialist. She is also a trained Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS) in the Egoscue Method, Certified Aqua Fitness Specialist (AFS) & Certified Health & Wellness Coach (CHC)
